Thank you for helping us keep our courses at a high standard. Every course goes through an internal review before and after it reaches learners. Your feedback helps us keep what works and fix what does not. This page explains how to review any of our courses and where to send your feedback. We use the same page and the same form for every course.

How to Review a Course in Four Steps
Step 1: Join the Course for Free
We send you a free-join link with the message that brought you to this page. Use that link to enroll. It gives you full access to the course at no cost. If you cannot find the link, message us and we will send it again.
Step 2: Go Through It as a Learner Would
Watch the lectures in order. Treat the course as if you had found it yourself. Try not to skip ahead, because we want to know how the flow feels from the first lecture to the last. If your role is research or QA, you may pause to check facts, links and files as you go.
Step 3: Take Short Notes While You Watch
Notes make your feedback far more useful. After each section, jot down a few lines on these points.
- Which lecture was clearest, and why?
- Where did you feel lost, bored or rushed?
- Did any explanation seem unclear, repetitive or too brief?
- Did anything seem inaccurate, outdated, unsupported or missing?
Step 4: Submit the Feedback Form
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. It takes about 15 minutes. If you need more time, tell us early so that we are never left waiting.
What Constructive Feedback Looks Like
We want comments we can act on. Specific feedback helps us far more than general praise or general criticism. Here is the difference.
| Less Helpful | More Helpful |
| “The course was good.” | “The case study in Section 2 was clear because it used a real example. More examples like it would help in Section 3.” |
| “Some parts were confusing.” | “The move from theory to practice in Lecture 7 felt abrupt. A short recap before the next topic would help.” |
| “This claim looks wrong.” | “In Lecture 5, the statistic quoted at 3:10 seems older than the source suggests. Please check the year and add the citation.” |
Balanced comments are best. Tell us what worked and what did not. Criticism is welcome when it is specific and respectful.
What to Look at in Every Course
Use these areas as a guide. You do not need to comment on all of them.
| Area | Think About |
| Opening | Does the first lecture explain what you will learn and why it matters? |
| Clarity | Are the ideas explained in plain language? Are key terms defined? |
| Structure | Do the sections follow a logical order? Does each lecture lead into the next? |
| Depth | Is there enough detail for the stated audience, without overload? |
| Pacing | Are the lectures too fast, too slow or repetitive? |
| Accuracy and Sources | Is anything wrong, outdated or unsupported? Are studies and figures presented fairly? |
| Practical Value | Could a learner use what they learned? Are there examples and takeaways? |
| Presentation | Are the slides, audio and visuals clear and easy to follow? |
| Promise and Scope | Does the course match its title and description? Does it avoid promising more than it can deliver? |
| Closing and Technical Checks | Do the final lectures, resources, links and certificate steps work and feel useful? |
Please Keep the Course’s Purpose in Mind
Our courses are educational programs. A certificate of completion is not a license, a degree or professional training, and no course should promise that. When you review a course, please judge it for what it aims to be: a clear, practical introduction for its stated audience. Tell us if any lecture promises more than a short educational course can deliver.
Share a Rating on Udemy
If you wish, you may also leave a rating on the course page after you finish. This is entirely your choice, and your rating should reflect your own honest experience. Your feedback to us is what matters most. The detailed suggestions belong in the private form below.
Submit Your Feedback Here
Please complete the form below. The first questions ask which course you reviewed and what your role is. If the form does not load, you can open the form in a new tab.
Your detailed suggestions stay with our internal team. Submitting the form does not publish anything.
